The Visitation/Gathering includes the supervision and co-ordination of all details requested during the arrangement conference (decedent may or may not be present). This option is clearly defined as visitation/gathering only without a service. Included are items such as obtaining certificates and signatures, all necessary documentation, estate settlement documents, which include estate portfolio and unlimited proof of death certificates, local transfer of deceased from the place of death, preparation as required and shelter of deceased. Automotive equipment supplied in this package includes a vehicle used for administrative purposes and clergy, and a transfer vehicle. The direction at the cemetery to place the urn in the grave or niche is also included in this provision of services. Our services include assistance in securing and clearing the estate by way of Executor’s Aide - Estate Fraud Protection and Estate Settlement Papers & Portfolio.
