Our COVID-19/Coronavirus Policy

To the families that we are privileged to serve, please keep in mind that we are taking the prescribed precautions to promote and maintain sanitary environment in our establishment.

Our service to those that require assistance continues to remain our main focus at this time. In keeping with our core values. we are still available 24 hours a day. Taking into account the current situation we are able to communicate in a variety of ways. In person, we are doing our best to minimize the risk by asking that not more than two (2) people at a time arrive to make arrangements. Some people may prefer to communicate on the phone or by email, we can certainly assist in any manner based on your comfort level.

In an effort to diminish the spread of COVID-19, we are asking those that have recently returned from destinations outside of Canada and/or those who are feeling under the weather to consider everyone else and perhaps think about phone or email communications. Making every attempt to eradicate this concern we are offering hand sanitizer at our front desk and we ourselves may be wearing masks and gloves, please do not be surprised. 

You may be aware that there has been a statement from the Federal Government's site in regard to mass gatherings. In keeping with that mandate, we are only allowed to permit so many people at a service (indoor or outdoor) of any nature.  We will monitor the number of people present to ensure the prescribed social distancing is followed as per the direction of The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) - our regulatory & licensing body.  For local information please visit the website for the Niagara Region on COVID-19.

We are continuing to monitor the situation as it evolves and will continue to act in the best interest of health of the community as information becomes available.
